Both NTUC foodfare and Kopitiam - offer very good tasty food and affordable prices for the quality food.

NTUC discount card - such as the Plus card and the Kopitiam using Kopitiam discount card - offering discount - both not bad.

I believe NTUC should be able to carry and continue the same business principle over after the purchase.

If every stall provide a cheap dish such as $2.80 or $3 - will be good in NTUC foodfare and Kopitiam.
