Vietnam ratifies Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact
Vietnam on Monday became the seventh country to ratify a sprawling Pacific trade pact set to come into effect later this year, despite US President Donald Trump's pullout from a deal he decried as a "job killer".

Members have said the US would be welcome to rejoin any time, and have even opened the doors for non-Pacific countries like Britain to come on board.

As long as Trump is still the President of US - fat hope that US will come on board or Trump will want to re-negotiate that entirely benefit US at the expenses of all others.
Unless a new President come on board for US - then US rejoining is possible.
We should welcome UK to come on board - when they are ready.
