Notice that online scammers often put up false products or services for sales in Carousell and Gumtree - and when money is transfer from buyers, the scammers disappear and did not fulfil the sales.
Wonder why no intermediate online platform hold the money - until both buyers and sellers officially confirm the sales is completed in satisfaction - before releasing the money.
Should this be legalise - to prevent people from being scam online by scammers?

Also notice that since Carousell and Gumtree - did not have protection for online buyers --- why do people still buy products and service from Carousell and Gumtree --- and then got themselves scam by scammers?
Wonder can we block Carousell and Gumtree - to prevent local usage --- until and unless these online platforms put in safeguard to protect buyers and sellers from scammers?
