This chap has very little integrity :-
(1) He blame all the leadership but not himself.
(2) His sentencing was reduced, yet he want to flee.
(3) His bailor bail him for $1million - and he yet he sabo his bailor by jumping bail and risk forfeiting the $1million bail.
(4) The Authorities grant him humanity leave to allow him to spend his Christmas and Chinese New Year - yet he want to flee.
