The objectives of Defence - is not to win wars --- but to ensure war will not take place --- so that peace, prosperity can be grown and prevail.
I think in Asia Pacific region - this has been done exemplary.
The only worry is whether Korean Peninsula can hold this principle dearly or not?
This will severely test the skills of Defence cooperation in the Asia Pacific and US.
