Unbelievable! With so many commuters injuried due to train collision, flood, breakdowns, delays & extended downtime still can acheive 94.5 per cent? Wayang lah. We can only give the most 10% as smrt suck.

For sure this is wayang. They are always coming up with these fake survey. Notice how they never reveal which company did the survey, what was the sample size, what was the null hypothesis, what was the SD, etc.

By June EW n NS lines from old to new signalling sytem will be ready, trains fault/delay will be over. Cheers to NE, Downtown n Circles lines are running smoothly thruout. Maintenance team involved in the flooding incident were sacked, they signed the job mainteance work as done which they didnt.

Is so obvious that the survery is 'FAKE' or totally made to look like the public still give good grades to SMRT. PTC is definitely part of govt...I am sure LTA wants the survery to be "positive". The survey is totally useless So sad that surveys here are MADE the govt to LOOK GOOD....when everyone knows that is FAKE. Now we know who are the people generating FAKE news.
