US have nuclear weapons.
N Korea is trying to get - but all the Countries in the World object - and is trying to get N Korea to comply.
This mean US has already lost his moral right to demand N Korea to fulfil precondition before talk can begin.
So US should not further set "unnecessary preconditions or higher threshold" to hold back the talk - when now N Korea is already expressing willingness to denulcearise.
US should start to get on with the talk - and not miss the chance do denuclearise Korean Peninsula.
