Tillerson to North Korea on talks: 'I'm listening'
"My job as chef diplomat is to ensure that the North Koreans know, we keep our channels open," Tillerson told the CBS news show "60 Minutes."

"We receive messages from them, and I think it will be very explicit as to how we want to have that first conversation."
The top US diplomat however stressed that no incentive was being offered to get Pyongyang to the table.
"We are not using a carrot to convince them to talk, we are using large sticks - and that is what they need to understand," he said. "This pressure campaign is having its bite on North Korea."

It will be a breakthrough for N Korea if it lay out the following conditions :-
(1) Negotiate the Korean Armstice Agreement from Truce Treaty to Peace Treaty - to officially end the war, hostility and truce.
(2) Negotiate Security Assurance from UN that no war or invasion unto Korean Peninsula on both Koreas.
(3) Negotiate lifting of all economic sanctions and resumption of economic, business and investment activities with the World.
in exchange for talks on :-
(1) Denuclearisaton.
And the progress of the peace, security and economic talk - will go hand-in-hand with denuclearisation talk.
If N Korea step forward and express such indication ----- N Korea will be free from any pressure and will move forward towards real Peace, Prosperity and Economic Development and forge a safe and secured environment for N Korea.

Why so much effort and energy are exerted - to make up N Korea and S Korea?
Because it is for the good of :-
(1) both N Korea and S Korea - the livelihood and safety of both people and their regime
(2) for Asia Pacific and US - the livelihood and safety of Asia Pacific and US
(3) to avoid nuclear war and possibility escalation in World War 3 if things go out of control - the life of humanity
(4) impact on the World Economy if Asia Pac and US suddenly go into a mammoth war
(5) social impact when suddenly millions of refugees swarm all over the place when nuclear war breakout.
Any conflict and confrontation is unimagineable - as it has the potential to end humanity on Earth.

All N Korea need to do ---- is just moving this very VITAL "One Courageous Step Forward".
I bet United Nation - will guarantee that N Korea will be protected - if such important step is make forward.
Like China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos ---- and they live happily, peacefully and with prosperity ever after ......

Both sides must give-and-take - to achieve better benefits.
Both sides must give up something, must make some sacrifices - in order to get the greater benefits.
The future in front is bright, one must have the courage and the greater vision - to put forth a sacrifice - and thereafter gain greater peace, wealth and prosperity and happiness ever after ...............
It is within grasp, it is just in front ---- it is the courage to grab it.

The following is a chronological events of a close call that may trigger a "nuclear war" :-
Oct 2017:- US 3 carrier strike group operating near Korean Peninsula.
Dec 2017:- China conducted 2 nuclear contamination exercises and refugee control exercise.
Dec 2017:- US lawmaker urge evacuation of US families in SKorea in Dec 2017.
Oct, Dec 2017:- China and Russia carry out land, sea, air exercises in oct and dec 2017 along NKorea border.
Dec 2017:- N Korea may conduct a nuclear atmospheric test that will knock out all electrical plants and water plants that will cause million of human death within a week not thru nuclear radiation - but no water, electricity, economy come to a standstill, and millions will die within a week.
This is the one that prompt Trump almost calling a preemptive strike around 1 Jan 2018.
- US 2 recent anti-missile interception fail.
- What all this mean that US may strike first if they can't stop NKorea missiles and the nuclear is becoming a reality.
- Let hope all sanity will prevail and all will turn out well.
