The statement from the Ministry of Unification came after a high-level North Korean delegation concluded a three-day visit which included an invitation for South Korean President Moon Jae-in to travel to Pyongyang for talks.
"(The visit) shows North Korea's will to improve inter-Korean ties is very strong and if needed it will take unprecedented and aggressive measures," the ministry said.

Indeed not only N Korea and S Korea will to improve inter-Korean ties is very strong --- it is also the International Community will to see improve inter-Korean ties.

Hopefully this will set the stage for permanent peace between the 2 Koreas and economic ties can be improved - follow hand-in-hand to express the willingness for denuclearisation.

Lowering military tension will help.
Continuing communication and explore ways to move relationship forward will help.
This will help to build trust and confidence that relationship is real and from the heart.

Only then, when both Koreas feel more secure, more safe - then it is possible to talk about the real stuff - negotiate Peace Treaty to replace the Truce Treaty and Ceasefire,
- negotiate Security Assurance that both Koreas will not be attacked,
- negotiate Business, Investment, Travel ties,
- negotiate lifting of Economic sanctions.

--- all these in exchange for denuclearisation.

This will be a Win-Win-Win-Win-Win-Win ....... outcome for everyone.
And it will be Peace, Prosperity and Happiness ever after ..............
