The Government need to solve the unemployment problem of matured PMETs who are looking for jobs but unsuccessful despite getting helps for government and non-government job search agencies.

A dedicated and well-thought policy is needed to solve the unemployment problem of matured Singaporeans PMETs.

In fact to be effective, a committee comprising private sector and public sector (to ensure buy in) - similar to the CPF review committee - may need to be setup to resolve this issue effectively that have linger on for many years.
