If both Blocs do not leverage on the just concluded Peace deal - where Russia and Russia-back rebels have the upper-hand - but continue the fight between Russia-back rebels and Ukraine - the conflict may escalate and transformed a direct confrontation between the NATO bloc with Russia bloc ---- leading to a potentially simmering East Europe hotspot - "red hot".
