(1) All IS troop concentration, troop movement
(2) All IS camps, towns, admin centre, caliphate
(3) All IS vehicle movement - whether heavy vehicles, heavy equipment, arty piece, armour, trucks, vehicles or motorcycle
etc

- should be targeted and bombed until IS declare defeated, unconditionally surrender, disarm and disband - and never commit to any crime.

IS is the enemy of Humanity.
IS is the enemy of Countries in the World & Human civilisation.

- thus any business dealing with IS - whether in supply of food, medicine, trade in oil, trade in weapons, ammunition, buying and selling of good and services should be consider outlaw by the UN and any Countries in the World.

That is, IS is a species that is outlaw on Earth - unless IS surrender unconditionally.
