Justice need to be done.
Evil doers need to be brought to book - so that they will not harm innocent people.

There is a need to protect humanity on Earth - so that they will not harm by evil doers.

Going into the centre of their strongholds - will break their organisation and break apart their admin function to organise evil doings.

This is a necessary evil - so that humanity can continue to live peacefully on Earth.

Preventing further harm to innocents - is a Compassionate move - even though it have to take the lives of evil doers.

It is a necessary evil - as killing is evil - even though it is Compassionate killing.

Otherwise, many innocents will be brutally slaughter by this evil doers - unless the evil doers surrender unconditionally, disband the group, stop further killings, repent their ways and never commit terrorism and wrongdoings.
