Wonder should Government consider setting up Advisory Panel - similar to the CPF review panel (comprising committee that make up of private sectore and public sector) - to come up with recommendations on how to resolve the unemployment problem of mature Singaporean PMETs to help them to get themselves re-employed.

More diverse and innovative ideas may emerge to help solve the problem faster and better - as we are tapping into the thinking cap of both the private and public sector.
