Yes force alone will not be able to stop the recruitment, radicalising into the IS group.

There must be a comprehensive approach to dealing with the threat of IS who are threatening the whole World and the Human Mankind.

The World need to win over the Heart and Mind - so that no group will support the IS and its ideology or its cause.

Blocking all resources - money, food, water, weapons, ammunition, logistics, goods and services, manpower, oil, means to do business, finances etc will need to be put in place to starve the IS group.

Break the group - ideologically, spiritually, community support, social support, financial support etc - so that there are no incentives to join the IS group.

Amass Internationaly coalition to isolate, join the sanction and squeeze all means for the IS group to survive not even to thrive.

Military will still remain an option to degrade the IS group militarily to stop their military offensive, kidnapping, taking lands, slaughtering innocents and capturing lands.

Provide means for them to surrender, repent and give up their evil causes - this is the only way out for the IS group and its proxies.
