There are 3 hotspots and 1 baby hotspot that must not turn red hot.
(1) Africa has turn red hot - with Boko Haram threat and the fading Ebola threat.
(2) Middle East has turn red hot - with ISIL threat and the fading MERs threat.
(3) Europe-Russia hotspot - is red hot with Ukraine crisis.
(4) Asia-Pacific hotspot - is turning warm with Korean peninsula heating up.
When all the above hotspots turn red hot - the whole World will be in danger.
Thus Europe-Russia hotspot - is red hot with Ukraine crisis - must leverage on the Peace Deal to cool down.
