Single minded concentration -- concentrate on the ball, concentrate on the game, concentrate on every pass, concentrate on scoring, concentrate on defending.

Mindfulness - mindful in every pass, mindful in your teammate position, mindful of opponent next move, mindful of set piece, and mindful of where the ball will lend, and mindful of the right time to shoot and score.

Non attachment to sensual desire - not distracted by sensual desires, lead to concentration on the game and can play good football.

Kindness - less self-centred in a team game, build strong bond and football being a team game - will bring about a highly motivated, high performance team.

The lucky charm --- means Psychological well-being. Highly motivated team - a winning team.
