When karma is in Universal Time --- most humans are not able to see "We reap what we sow" ---- because karma will only manifest in the next life or the lives after next and next --- due to karma ripening in Universal Time.

Hence, humans tend to abuse his power and do unwholesome things without impunity.

When karma is in Earth Time ---- most humans can see in his/her lifetime "What we reap, what we sow" ---- as karma, consequences ripen in this very lifetime (Earth Time, not like Universal Time - where time is infinite)
