Understand that Russian Envoy is send to the ground to engage the Russian speakers to free the NATO military observers.
Hope that the Geneva Agreement can also be explain to them on the ground and implement the Agreement to defuse the tension.
Both sides should take constructive actions to de-escalate tensions on the ground and cool temperature – so that positive approach can be take to move forward.
