Electric cooker is cleaner and less dangerous than gas, where gas can leaked or cause explosion - though gas cooking make food taste better. Gas cooker can use up and need to swap gas cylinder in the middle of the cooking. Electric cooker has almost continuous supply of energy and no disruption to cooking.The other bad point of electric cooker is the quality of electric cooker - they are less reliable and spoilt easily (lifespan sometime are less than 1 year) unlike the gas cooker that can use for many years.Unless electric cookers are more reliable - or as reliable than gas cooker.

Gas is also poisonous if absorb into the soup, or water or into the sauce or the food.Gas cooker can also cause fire, explosion, a tool for suicide or if careless when gas leaked will not only harm the occupants but also the neighbours.Gas cooker better than electric cooker meh?In fact electric cooker should be encouraged but the reliability of the electric cooker - is far from ideal.
