Tokyo governor to make 'city diplomacy' visit to Beijing

This is a good development and good gesture to cool tension and improve relationship.

While in East Europe, tension are building up, all the more important for Asia Pacific to cool temperature down.

Cooling tension and improving relationship are all in the heart – only if the hearts are willing.
