There is no dispute. Malaysia should buzz off from Singapore port limits before they get boarded.

An aģreement is an agreement no two ways about it. This agreement was in place even during the snake's first tenure as PM of Malaysia ! Why is it that he did not do anything about it then ???!! If he has the guts, I dare him to immediately cut off the supply of water to SGP !!! Dare or not ??? Do it than see our response!! Talking is cheap !!!! The whole world is watching this low crawling sNAKE !!!

Can the water prices in the Agreement be revised?

Both Singapore and Malaysia must comply fully with all the provisions of the 1962 Water Agreement, including the price of water stipulated in it. Any breach of the 1962 Water Agreement would call into question the Separation Agreement, which is the fundamental basis of Singapore’s very existence as an independent sovereign state.

Neither Singapore nor Malaysia can unilaterally change the terms of this solemn agreement.
----

"This old hat evil heart --- is not about demanding more money from Singapore on the water.

This old heart real intention - is to remove and deny "Our Right to Exist".

That is why we need to be mentally and physically prepare to rise up and defeat this old hat - if all diplomacy fail - including Military Actions.

Our AGC when negotiating with them on the Water Agreement - got to be extremely careful and extremely mindful not to fall into the trap of amending the Water Agreement - that will threaten Singapore's existence.

That is, any revision that trigger the "non-existent" of Singapore - Singapore will be removed from the map - and we suddenly cease to exist as a Sovereign Country.

This is the trap that the old hat - has set for us.

We got to let Singaporeans at large know that :-
(1) when Mr LKY is around, he assemble an operational armed forces (air, land and sea) ready for action - when the old hat threaten to cut our water for 2 reasons :-
(a) at that time, our water diversification strategy (such as Newater and Desalination Plants) are not ready - and without water we cannot survive.
(b) the cutting of water - directly threaten our Separation Agreement 1962 - and Singapore will cease to be a Sovereign Country

That was the 1st time, Singapore is ready to commit Military Action against the old hat. We did not take action
(even though our operational force has set out fully arm, complete range of weapons drawn and ammo loaded, and all logistics prepared for action) - when the old hat decide not to carry out the threat when he was notified that we will be taking action.

Now, the same scenario happen, but the 1st threat of water survival is no longer an issue - as we have Newater and Desalination Plants --- sufficient to meet our water needs.

But the 2nd issue of "Right to Exist" --- will still be impacted (until and unless we hear from our Government - how the negotiation will affect the very existence of Singapore as a Sovereign State) - in the event - there are revision to the Water Agreement 1962.

Thus Singaporeans will have to be mentally and physically prepare for Military actions - if all diplomacy (including arbitration) fails.

And communicating our intention that we will take action - against intruded vessels by launching our latest, most advanced submarine --- is sending the right message.

Our submarines will be sufficient to sink all their intruded vessels and their whole arsenal of vessels - if we take action.

We don't just talk - we will act - if all diplomacy fails.

And under UNCLOS - we can take military action - if intruders violate our Territorial Water.
In fact Indonesia navy blow up all the Malaysia boats that intrude into their territorial water.

And any incidents that happen at Tuas - will turn Tanjung Pelepas into Tanjung Pearl Harbour and block all their port activities.

To be sure oh what our Govt is going to do with the agreement eventually, a referendum must be called. To protect our sovereignty. We cannot sign our life away!

Luigi Liew - I think let us take it one step at a time.

(1) The dispute on water agreement has go on for 50 over years - and we did not agree on anything. We have up to 2061 to negotiate and make decision before it lapse.
I doubt our Government will make any hasty decision.

(2) Also our Government will make known to public to keep us update what is going on - if there is any progress on the talk.
Parliament will definitely be the forum for discussion as our MPs will definitely bring this issue up - if there are any progress on the talk.
Only then, decision can be made what will be the best step forward.

(3) We have to take comfort that Singapore has the best legal people in the Government - and we know our rights very well.
I am confident that our legal and our Government will not compromise our Sovereignty, our National Interest and our Right to Existence or changes to our Constitution.

Let us stay tune for more updates as we have yet to hear from our Ministers - so that means nothing concrete has been made on the Water Agreement.

Time is on our side - we can afford to wait and negotiate until 2061.

Of course Johore port limit issue can be resolved becoz they are ones who created the issue in the 1st place. Juz return to the status quo, then negotiate or send for arbitration the border demarcation line in that area.

Later the " rambo " menteri besar of johor will issue different statements n board a sampan to intrude again. They need to raise the water price because they need the money. Simple as that. During madei reign 22 yrs ago, they're not in this desperate situation.

Hey Bodoh. Yes just get out of Singapore water and the matter will be solved immediately. You are a FM but you talk like budak budak. No wonder Malaysia is still backward compared to Singapore. It is because of people like you and that 93 year old snake. Water agreement - no further discussion even if you were to crawl to Singapore 10 times each time with your phoney smile. We know you, your Defence Minister, Economic Minister and the MB of Johore are all spawned out of the eggs of that 93 year old snake. All of you sama sama type.

Singapore being outfoxed again. Water territorial claim used as leverage to negotiate water price increased. What Singapore should do, if she is 100% sure of the encroachment in her territory, is to give then a deadline to leave and send a police boat out to arrest the crew.

Understand that Johor will soon be storage of water. SG should not keep on selling extra water for 50 sen. Make M agrees to certain condition or else he will keep on talking about 3 sen selling and not 50 sen buying very clean shit water.

I'd rather Johore declare independence from the Federal government like how SG has done. From then onwards, it will be between Johore and SG and not orders from a disunified and total lack of integrity bunch of bodoh malay for malays only politicians.

What a ridiculous and baseless statement from a so called "FM of M'sia" which may be evident that he also possess a "fake degree" ?
Despite having free water from the sky and instead of also supply free to S'pore to treat for them to be drinkable, we still pay them 3 sen yet still make so much noise ? Furthermore, out of goodwill, yes "goodwill", S'pore even subsidise them after those costly treatment. Where to find such kindness but instead of being grateful, you still keep harping on your baseless demand ? Why the poisonous cobra not even dare to utter a single word when Indonesia claim thSee More

Moron!!! There is no other issue actually except the water issue.
MY has been dumping river water in Singapore and they were not charged dumping fee since 1962, if they have not dumped river water in Singapore their dirty river water may dilute their sea water quicker that their fishermen would not be able to fish kunning and selar for nasi lemak..

The water issue is easy to settle if govt take the bold step to terminate the agreement, get back the investment of the reservoir and build enough filtration and desalination plants within a short time frame. Malaysia will no more hold Singapore for ransom!
