Beijing gives 10 reasons for supporting Carrie Lam’s ban on masks in Hong Kong
(1) There are 2 main essence of Emergency Order that will make emergency measures effective - are not implemented :-
(a) Restrict transportation to transport protestors
(b) Restrict social media to organise protest.

- 4 minutes ago(1) If the above are done, Police can quickly mobilise to disable and arrest violent protestors that will greatly reduced in number.
- 36 seconds ago(1) Anti-mask ban is not enough - as protestors can turn up in numbers with face mask - and Police is under strength to arrest all of them.
(2) If the above is implemented - then Police can arrest people with face mask - as the protestors who turn out will be greatly reduced.
