    (1) Trump is obviously trying to channel taxpayer's fund into his own pocket - as US Senators claim "a flagrant constitutional violation".

    (2) There are more and more Trump's excesses surfacing --- which support his impeachment.

    (3) If the House of Congress pass the impeachment, Senate (Republican dominated) - will have to make the "right choice" based on moral ground - to impeach Trump ---- if indeed Trump has break many laws and blatantly abuse his power as President - to benefit himself.

Some fun facts about the Trump National Doral:

--Trump Corp. bought it out of bankruptcy, and spent hundreds of millions on the purchase and renovation--big loan from Deutsche Bank

-- There is a Donald J. Trump ballroom and a (smaller) Ivanka Trump ballroom, but not a Melania, Eric, or Donald Jr. ballroom (or other room, apparently)

--There were dozens of liens on the property from contractors who worked on the renovation project

--On May 20, 2016, a Miami-Dade County Court judge ordered the property be subject to foreclosure and sold on June 28 unless the Trump Org. paid $32,800 to a Miami paint supply company (can't find it was paid but assume so)

--In 2017 the Trump Org. settled a lawsuit from a guest who was bitten by bedbugs

--Trump challenges his local property taxes every year. He claims two different property values, one (lower) for property tax purposes

Hope the leaders of the free world don't get bedbugs--or a nasty virus from the mosquitoes that probably swarm in the hot, humid Miami summer with all the water around (see maps of the golf courses).

Waiting for the G6 to decide to hold the conference somewhere else and tell Trump he can meet with himself.

Trump intends to MAKE MONEY by leveraging his position as President. That was the DECISION.

“'This was by far and away the best choice,' Mulvaney said, claiming that officials considered 12 potential sites before settling on Doral."

Yeah, because Trump told him it was the best choice. It's no coincidence that this announcement came not that long after Trump "suggested" it on Twitter.

Strange that it is only democrats coming out against this. I mean this is one area that is clearly stated in the constitution. The GOP are supposed to be the party for the Constitution. I guess it only apply's when its covenant to them.

Wouldn't it be great if all the other countries said, no thanks, we have all decided to have this someplace else. You can come if you want to, but we have decided to have this in another country.

The rest of the G7 should agree to meet somewhere else and Trump can show up or not

Funny how the US taxpayers provide for a government facility called Camp David, but somehow that was overlooked as a venue for the G7.
