Agree. Our top classes are full of students that only knows how to memorise. They go to exams writing answers like copier machine. Give them questions asked in a different way (but requires same way to solve) and all cry father cry mother... as shown in the recent maths papers that was posted online. totally no sense of individuality at all. hopeless

I agreed with you NMP Walter Theseira on this but society is ready but in reality top people who gone through our education system do not agreed. We are soft and not agressive on the business arena. How many business millionaires that bring jobs to singaporeans? We depends repeatly on pass glory. What is the govt kpi of last year. Have a telecast on all departments and statuories print out for citizens to see and explained. You singaporean be shocked how many areas we have miserably failed. Im ebrassrssed.
