    (1) There are 2 main essence of Emergency Order that will make emergency measures effective - are not implemented :-
    (a) Transportation to protest site - if transport such as MTR and bus services are not make available to transport protestors to protest sites - then violent protest will not take place (as without the mass - violent radical protestors will be easily overwhelm and arrest can be made).
    (b) (i) Communication channel and medium to organise protest - such as Telegram, Whatsapp, Web hosting site are not block - organisers can mobilise protestors to protest site that will lead to violent protest. If they are effectively blocked when protests are being organised - then protestors will have no information to go to the protest sites.
(ii) Media broadcast - especially those who leak news to protestors to facilitate the protest movement - need to be curbed to toe official lines - so that protestors will not have real time information to flock to the protest sites to create havoc.
    (2) If the above main ingredients of Emergency Order are implemented - then it is possible to derail the HK protest movement and easy for HK Police to quickly maneouvre to capture those protestors (which will be decimated) that roam around the street doing violent unlawful assembly and actions.
    (3) The success of Emergency Order to quell unrest are :-
    (i) Curfew - prevent people from coming out of the street to create chaos - and restricting transport - have some effect of curfew.
(ii) Communication, information and intellgence - by not curbing free flow of information it provide protestors to organise mass protest - that will overwhem Police strength - and work to the disadvantages of the Police force.
(iii) Giving Police the advantage of intelligence, mobility, legislative power to restrict, stop and arrest protestors - HK unrest can be quell quickly.

Anti-mask law is good to make Police enforcement easier - but protestors can turn out in big number and defy the face mask ban - and Police cannot act.
The above measures will decimate protestors' strength - and Police can effectively carry out their enforcement and stop the unrest.

The opposition law maker must be arrested with trial & put in prison while army must be deployed to arrest all violence protestors & put in detention camp. Only then the Govt can have the space to clean up the city & repair the facilities , restoring law & orders thus bring peace back to the island . Lam should not show further weakness & act immediately ..its already proven for the last 4 months , giving in & proving weak does no positive result . Save all the talking, use the batons & everyone will starts to listen like never before !

I don't imagine it's doing any good for the reputation of a "assertive" super power to simply let a "self-autonomous" region to its own for months, especially when being viewed from its side where the common people believe that hong kong people are supposedly on the same, if not better position and that any protesters would have been quickly dealt with. Have you hear them say how it is unfair?

The pro-democracy leaders say and do things that are contradictory
The protestors were waving Union jacks but now they say the British laws are outdated.

If Hong Kong suddenly transforms itself into true China only in 2047, the culture shock would simply be unbearable for hongkies. As sovereign it is only responsible of China to make gradual adjustments STARTING NOW by degrees towards eventual integration. If China doesn't do so, it will be derelict in its duty to HongKongers.
