The ulitmate objective is for N Korea to denuke.
But N Korea will have also reap other benefits in exchange for the denuke :-
(1) Ensure both N Korea and S Korea will end hostility, sign a Peace lasting treaty to replace the Truce Treaty and effectively end the Korean war.
(2) Secure a security assurance that both N Korea and S Korea will not be attacked and no regime change.
(3) Lifting of economic sanctions on N Korea.
(4) Sign economic cooperation with N Korea, bring business dealings, investment and help N Korea to integrate with the World Economic Community.
All these will be done hand-in-hand to effectively denuke irreversibly --- and ensure a Permanent and Lasting Peace.
Bearing in mind, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Russia --- all can do it ----- N Korea with determination and strong will can also do it ---- so that N Korea can prosper from then onwards.
