When we are better educated, it doesn't mean we have better 修养。
Education give us knowledge, learning how to be competitive and survive in a concrete jungle by jostling one against another to survive in a job.

修养 conversely is related to patience, forbearance, insight, ability to emphatise, give and take, striving for win-win outcome.
