It is a blessing that N Korea has recognised that peace and dialogue is a prized treasure that need to be achieved before prosperity and economic growth can come.
By seizing this rare opportunity, N Korea should ensure a Permanent Peace Treaty is baseline, offering denuclearisation in exchange for releasing of all economic sanctions and forge new business links and economic links so that N Korea can successfully integrate with the World Community and join other similar States like China, Russia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.
