Last year, the IMF identified three policy areas – increased tax rates on high earners, a universal basic income, and public spending on education and health – as possible ways for governments to ease inequality.

If nuclear is the technology that will wipe out mankind in World War 3.

The turning point of Capitalism will wipe out jobs globally - that mirror nuclear destruction of human mankind in World War 3.

In other words, United Nation need to solve this Capitalism Model (Market Economy Model) - how to create jobs to feed every citizens in each Country given the advent of disruptive technologies and robotics that destroy jobs.
How to redistribute wealth to all citizens in each Country.

A hint is that disruptive technologies and robotics - can be a slave to human mankind - to allocate a fixed subsistence sum of income to every human being for food, housing, medical, education, transport etc. - Planned Economy

Then the other part of the income is through job - for luxury. - Capitalism

Brexit will not solve this. Donald Trump syndrome will not solve this.

They will make it worst. Collective United Nation Economists and Government need to come out with a new Economic Model to replace Capitalism.

Only then this will solve this.

The idea of Universal Basic Income is very simple.

Assuming in a Country of 500 million people, 1,000 boss create 1000 factory make up of robots and disruptive tech and automation - and employ 0 workers - and produce everything an Economy needs - phone, computer, food, doctor, lawyer, bankers etc.

Then only 1000 boss has income and 499,999,999,000 people in the Country is unemployed.

In this analogy, 1000 boss produced everything but no one has income to buy - except the 1000 boss.

Do you think the Economy will die?

Do you think the 499,999,999,000 people will snatch everything the 1000 boss produce - or else go hungry?

Hence you need to give 499,999,999,000 people income - "Basic Universal Income" produced by robotics - and make robot the slave to human - and not human become slave to robots ---- if one day, robots take over the jobs of all humans.

When the 499,999,999,000 people have income from "Basic Universal Income" - then they can start to buy products and services from the goods and services produced by the robotics of the 1000 boss.

Then and only then the Economy will grow - and Economy will not die.

The "Basic Universal Income" is like a normal people working to bring in income - but this time, robots take over the human to bring in income for humans - since robots replace humans' jobs.

Robots hence become the slave of humans ---- and not humans become slave and lose jobs to robots.

The 1000 boss also happy - because now got 499,999,999,000 people buy their products and services - and not snatch away their wealth produce by robots.
