Trump caved in !
This is uncharacteristic for Trump... giving in to all Democrat's demands ....not getting the money to build the wall.

May be Trump does not want to fight two wars simultaneously ... a domestic war with the Democrats and a trade war with China and others. (Trump also caved in ...on his steel tariff to force open EU markets)

Trump is wrong to think that the Domocrat will turn soft on him...will stop trying to kick him out of the White House...
He is wrong...sadly wrong.

China is his friend.... and Democrats is a serious threat to his presidency.
Starting a war against a friend and giving billions to his domestic enemy ...will be his ticket to leave the White House.

Hello, are you serious? China is a not friend of US. They steal technology, force joint venture from American company. Restrict American enterprise, cheap dumping of resources into the market which kill off many jobs in the US. US does the right thing. We need a war with china. china can be beaten easily, in the past we don have smart leader, now we have donald trump which can win easily.

I am not joking.
Xi and Trump were good friends... since they first met in Mar a Lago Estate in Florida and when Trump visited in Beijing... Xi helped Trump to enforce punishing sanctions on DPRK.

China stole technology from the USA !! It may be true long ago...when the USA put a man on the moon.
Now...it is a lie. This is fake news (and spins) ...propagated by US media and ignorant US lawmakers..
Do you want to know the facts?

From the 80s millions of Chinese students were sent to top universities in the USA...in Europe to learn (no need for China to reinvent the wheel)...and to work in research labs with top brains on cutting edge technologies.

Many of these students returned to China ... eg Robin Li and Eric Xu who started Baidu...are two of those millions who returned to China....with advanced techological knowledge ...who pushed China to become one of the most technological advanced nation now... more advanced than the USA in certain fields....eg in AI, in super computing, in quantum communication, bullet train...and in other fields in technology
( Do you need to steal from someone who is not as good as you ?)

Also, in the 80s the USA used to be the ONLY PLACE top brains around the world could go...to do cutting edge researches. No longer.

More and more top brains go eastwards ...to China...attracted by the huge grants (in billions) for them to do research and attracted by the freedom and help... they were given in their pursuits in advancing human knowledge.

Do you know the results of these actions taken by China... to catch up with the West in technology ?

Now China ...not the USA ... has the most dicoveries, most new knowledge, most new ways to do things...every year.
This can be verified by the huge number of patents ....Chinese scientists and foreign scientists in China... have recorded with the Patent Office in Switzerland.
Last year alone, China has recorded over one million new patents... more than all the patents from the USA, Europe and Japan combined).

China stealing technology and other fake claims made by US lawmakers against China... are just propaganda. I pity such ignorant fake news people.
Rational people ... treat such accusations as false political rhetorics... as hot air without substance.

Trump reverses threat to shut down US government is an oxymoron.

"With the restrained response, China hopes Trump can realize his errors and mend his ways," said Xu Hongcai, deputy chief economist at the China Centre for International Economic Exchanges, a Beijing think tank.
"If we really want to counter, the strongest response would be to target soybean and automobiles. China is drawing its bow but not firing. We still have some cards to play."

U.S. multi-nationals at a business gathering in Shanghai were warned by Stephen Roach, a Yale University economist, "to prepare for the worst" and make contingency plans until calmer heads prevail.
Roach said he could foresee "the Chinese government moving to restrict, in some form or another, the financial as well as the supply chain activities of American companies operating in this country."

Trump need to learn an expensive and unforgettable lesson.
If Trump does not feel the pain and get himself burned, he won't learn.

(1) The US$1.3 trillion spending deal is a joke. It is one of the biggest budget deficit - not funded by government revenue.
It add into the burden of US$20 over trillion debt.
This will increase the burden on its future generation to finance the cost of borrowings and in fact pose a "serious national security problem" to US - as it weaken its financial system - as private banks and financial institutions need to fund the debt with the risk of default given the mammoth debt.

(2) Financing the billion dollar border wall is another great joke - as the wall has no economic benefits and it is not effective in preventing migrants from climbing the wall. The billion dollars is as good as throwing into the garbage bin.

(3) The trade war started by Trump will reap serious repercussion on the US economy as the near and intermediate term, prices will rise, demand will start to fall, business will fall and job losses will set in and US economy will falter.
This will change the US voters mood and turn negatively against Trump.

(4) If Trump mess up the Iran nuclear deal, Trump will face the repercussion of Iran turning to nuke and target hunderd of nuclear missiles at Trump - and let see the stress level going up for Trump.

Everyone should laid back and watch this event unfold.
