Full AI and robotics will :-
(1) replace jobs - threatening jobs of many humans
(2) possible that full AI and robotics may surpass humans and eradicate humans - in the next era and realms of Asura.

Thus Humans must be careful............. not to develop something that work towards the demise of Human mankind.

A combination of modified genes (living things with senses and mental cognitive capacity), full AI and robotics - into a human modified or developed Asura ----- is a real danger to human mankind.

DMZ should be setup whereby troops from both sides should not intrude into the DMZ and no contacts between the 2 sides.

No firing of weapons on both sides should be strictly observed.

Only then will ensure no death or injuries between the 2 sides.

Only when frontline weapon silence for a protracted period - before true Peace can be observed and more constructive rebuilding work can be done.

The African coalition armies seem to have taken effects on the gain of Boko Haram.
More concerted efforts are needed to increase pressure on the Boko Haram and further blunt their military capabilities such as bombing their stronghold and cut their supplies.

Both sides must be determined and resolute in the resolve to uphold the Peace and cool the tension,

An alternative economic model to feed people in a country become necessary if robots start to replace jobs.

State run companies and business may use robots to create wealth.

Thereafter, redistribute wealth by paying monthly income to the population - even though population is not working.

Citizens become Master.
Robots become workers to serve Citizens.

Human enjoy "Paradise living".

Capitalist model to distribute income earn by a Country - can no longer sustain a Society in this scenario.

A new Economic model need to be used to feed Human living in a Country and a Society.

Robots become our "servants" or "workers" in accumulating wealth.

Human living in a Country will then enjoy the fruit of the wealth - whereby the State will allocate say $5,000 per person per month (according to the cost of living in a Society) - with housing provided - living in a "Virtual Paradise".

Thus a "State-provided" Economic model will need to be evolved - investing in robots to serve the Human Population.

Greatly appreciated. This is in fact the biggest issue for those unemployed mature PMETs in getting jobs.

"I think we have to tackle ageism in Singapore. There is sort of a quiet, unstated discrimination among the mid-careers and those who are in their 50s. Mid-40s and 50s, it's usually not so easy for them to get back in," said the Deputy Prime Minister.

"They are good people, hardworking, who have accumulated a lot of experience. Sometimes a particular industry has folded, but they have got skills which are relevant to other industries, and I think collectively, employers working with the Government have to make it easy for them to come back in, give them the training required and let them prove their full worth. That's a resource for Singapore and also the right and fair thing to do for those individuals.

The above statement are reassuring.
Once the Government set their mind to put things right, I think we will succeed.
Let us hope unemployed mature Singaporeans PMETs and Workers will be able to break out from the predicament and find jobs soon to last until official retirement.
