(2) Mundane Realms - Human, Animal realms

(3) Paranormal Realms - Hell, Hungry Ghosts, Asura realms

And then Buddha realise Jhana Samadhi and Vipassana Insight Meditation - will help him to gain Final Enlightenment - 跳出3界 (achieve 出世界）- into Nirvana realm （涅槃界）- with no birth, no death, no karma - into Eternal Bliss and Peace that enwrap the Whole Universe - from his Bodhi Heart.
