ISIS will not be able to last too long.
ISIS in Iraq with more coordinated efforts and sustained pressure in besieging Mosul - will soon be able to nip ISIS daesh off the bud.
ISIS in Syria pose more difficulty - as all factional groups are in a shambles and the peace effort look extremely difficult to forge. Introducing conventional army into Syria will also pose another problem - if no peace is negotiated in Syria - and if not careful may turn into a State-to-State fight, Bloc-to-Bloc fight.
Unless Shiites and Sunnis are willing to sit down, negotiate, dialogue, comms - and work out a reconciliation process. The fight with ISIS daesh in Syria will be fraught with obstacles and difficulties.

Only when Syria Peace Deal is sealed - will there be focus effort on ISIS daesh be made - and defeating and besieging ISIS daesh at Raqqa will be relatively easy.
