When spar against the
international top seeds locally, the local standards will be pulled up and can
perform as champion in international competition.
Thus important to be prudent
to get top talents to sink its root in Singapore in every aspects of the
Economy, Sports etc - so that local can spar against them and pull up our local
standards. Locals must not be afraid to spar with top talents.
But must ensure that all
locals are assured of jobs - so that locals are not defensive against such
policy. Who will not support a policy that benefit both the country and
ourselves?
Win-Win policy - people will support. Win-lose policy -
difficult to gain support.
