For eg. an art - have a vision of a honey bee with 2 antennae.
Thinking aloud, our futuristic soldier helmet and our police helmet - also have 2 feelers :-
(1) 1st feeler - is used as signal comm antennae for voice communication with peer squad group.
(2) 2nd feeler - is used as cctv to record battle scene and pipe back to section or HQ. And in the case of police, to record crime scene and pipe back to Police HQ and peer police squad - so that emergency reinforcement can be activated immediately.
Also crime scene can be used as proof for prosecution in court.

For eg. The helmet has 2 layers. The outer layer with the 2 feelers - will have dual
function. One to protect the head of soldier and police and then house the processor, server and storage between the 2 layers of helmet.

(1) Eg. Police at night - need not put on luminous vest - just by switching on the 2 blinking light on the antennae will be luminous - like radio car blinking signal light and siren on top of the police car.
(2) Eg. for Soldier at night - that need to mark his location to signal air support - eg. air strike on enemy position or extraction by heliborne etc. No need to put luminous stick on the helmet that will wear out.

If graduates wear their mortar board and apron - like graduate gown - which look quite funny - but admired by many as achievement ------ what is wrong with futuristic police and soldier wearing the "bee helmet" - with so many operational capabilities.
