I think the most important assurance is to help unemployed mature Singporean PMETs and Workers to get a job - where quite a number of them are sole breadwinners.

 

Not only for the young only - because mature Singporean PMETs and Workers have still many more years to go that can reached 85 years old at least. Thus mature Singporean PMETs and Workers  cannot stop work at 40, 50, 60 or 70 years old.
