Just wonder why this militant group got the impression that :-

(1) Being evil, savage, ruthless, cruel, spreading terror, killing - is associated with Heavenly Bliss?
Heavenly bliss is associated with kindness, good character, helpful, compassionate, being selfless - and Heavenly bliss is associated with Peace, Bliss, Serenity, Equanimous.

In fact being evil, savage, ruthless, cruel, spreading terror, killing - are associated with Hell.

(2) Heavenly bliss is associate with sensual pleasure of enjoyment in sex with virgin?

Where Heavenly Sensual Desire Plane - display such characteristics. But this Heavenly Plane is the lowest Heavenly Plane (with lifespan longer than Human realm but much shorter than other Higher Heavenly Planes) that is nearest to Human realm - not the higher Heavenly Realm of :-
- Form Heavenly Realm (where sensual desires are suppressed) and
- Formless Heavenly Realm (where all the coarse sensal desires are eradicated where only very subtle sensual desires remain).

(3) As long as killing takes place - there is no way a person can ascend to Heaven.
That is why the 4 Directions Divine Dharma Protectors (4 corner of Dharma Divine Protectors - that carry arms to protect the Heavenly Beings) - will be the last 4 to attain and enter into Nirvana.

(In Human Realm - these 4 Dharma Protectors are Army, Airforce, Navy and Police). But this is a necessary Samsara Duty to Protect the Heavenly Beings and in Human Realm, to protect the Country and the Citizens.

Thus the militant groups that kill with evilness in the Heart - will only have one place to go - Avici Hell and has nothing to do with Heaven - because no Heaven will accept a person with evil heart tainted with blood - with the volition of karma - under the Universal Law of Karma.

  Even an Arahat has to descend to Hell for killing, expired all his negative karma of killings (being His Last Enlightenment where His body sin - and thus must suffer the consequences of killings) - before He can enter into Nirvana, where as Arahat, all His Karma cease - and will no longer subject to Samsara Sufferings - after He "paid back" all his negative karma in Hell.
  
  (Note:- Depending whether he kill with evil heart or kill with Noble heart to save others.
  
  If he kill with evil heart - he will suffer in the Major Hells. And if he has no trace of goodness or good deeds he did, his sufferings in Major Hells will be long, enduring and seems eternal.
  
  If he kill with Noble heart - he will only suffer in Minor Hells - and his negative karma can be accelerated and expire quickly - if he has other positive merits and then will reborn into a good realm. If he is a Arahat, he can enter into Nirvana with no more sufferings, no birth, no death, no karma and Eternal Bliss.)
  
  Thus even the 4 corner of Dharma Divine Protectors - will have to undergo this - and will be the last 4 Nirvana Beings to enter into Nirvana - but they have the Noble Heart.
  
  Just remember that - as this is Universal Law of Karma - no one can change this Universal Law.
  
  Thus the very 1st Precepts ------- is "NO KILLINGS" - because killing is associated with Hell (anchor on a strong OmniPotent - Self-Centredness - that cannot even accomodate others).
  
  Love - is associated with Heavens (because it still anchor with an Ego).
  
  Compassion - is associated with Nirvana (because it anchor on No-Self - the hallmark of a Saint).
