Airpower to coordinate with naval maritime is also vital - to do surveillance, and fight this ISIS militants.

  This will be more than a Police anti-terrorism operation.
  
  It will need to draw in the Army, Navy and Airforce to combat this ISIS militants that are trained in conventional operation, guerrilla warfare and bomb making.
