if Mr Lee HY is so confident he will win in Court, and for the sake of
public interest (because he and his sister) has raised the allegation of
abuse of power and lose confidence in leadership, Mr Lee HY should
provide information as to the following :-
(1) Which lawyer(s) drafted the 7th (or last) Will?
(2) Was Lee HY's wife involved in the drafting of the 7th (or last) Will?
If yes, how will Mr Lee HY respond to the conflict of interest - as Mr Lee HY and his wife got benefit from the 7th (or last) Will?
(3) What is Mr Lee KY's state of health and state of mind at the time of the signing of the 7th (or last) Will?
(4) Mr Lee HY claim that the 7th (or last) Will is similar to the 1st Will. How to explain the differences in some clause between the 7th (or last) Will with the 1st Will if the 7th (or last Will) is the same as the 1st Will?
(5) Why did Mr Lee HY and his wife not wait for Lee&Lee lawyer that have drafted all the previous Wills to draft the 7th (or last) Will - knowing that the the 7th (or last) Will - has benefited Mr Lee HY more than the rest of the beneficiaries?
I think providing answers to the above will help the public to understand the dispute over the 7th (or last) Will and also help the public to understand Mr Lee KY's intent of the 7th (or last) Will.
Otherwise it is Mr Lee HY and his wife's actions in the drafting of the 7th or last Will raise many suspicions in the mind of the public --- as Mr Lee HY and his sister has raised serious allegation about the Government by alerting and alarming the public citing public interest and not just a family affair.
By not answering the above doubts but raising serious allegation against the Government - has caused public to question the underlying intent of Mr Lee HY.

Mr Lee HY say this is a public interest and not family matter - and
decide to raise it in public ---- then Mr Lee HY has the obligation to
answer all the above queries and doubts ----- as a matter of public
interest and not evade the public queries and doubts.

And the crux of the whole dispute I believe are :-
(1) The above doubts are cast by the Government - and as such queries Mr Lee HY of the above.
(2) Mr Lee HY being question is not happy - and raise a hoo-ha citing the Government of abusing the power.
This is how the "hoo-ha" started.
If Mr Lee HY is straight-forward and answer the above queries without reasonable doubt, the big hoo-ha - I believe will quiet down.
So now this is put forth into the public ---- it is about time Mr Lee HY provide the above answers to the public --- as Mr Lee HY claim is not a private affair --- but a public affair.
