Hopefully, Trump now realise with EU that multi-lateral trade deal is a much better deal due to its economies of scale will benefit US and the participating members more than bilateral deal.
And with this sudden realisation, Trump will one day decide to revive TPP.

Multi-lateral trade deals such as US-EU trade deal, TPP come with such a "BIG MEAT" and multiplier effects on trade and economy.
How can just cancel and junk it without understanding the merit.
