If N Korea ever acquire the nuclear weapon with ICBMs, it will again invade S Korea and this time - will most likely use nuclear weapons if it is not able to take over S Korea in conventional warfare.
Thus N Korea must not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons. They will use it one day.

China and Russia who are sharing borders with N Korea will also be equally at risk - to concede to N Korea whim and fancy - because N Korea will also use its nuclear weapons to wring concessions from China and Russia.

Else why Beijing and Moscow are so active in the UN Security Council to participate in sanction on N Korea - precisely because they know that N Korea can't be trusted with the nuclear weapons.

Now, no one can have a say not to mention have control over N Korea.

Like I said I personally believe that the people of North Korea would be served much better under China rule. I think China should just take over North Korea and make it a part of China that way they would have their buffer and the people of North Korea would be free from tyranny. I'm sure it would be greatly acceptable to the majority of the people of North Korea...

When Fatty has more powerful nuclear bombs and missiles, NK will threaten China. This is the same pattern of behaviour as per ungrateful Vietnam.
