North Korea says ready to strike U.S. aircraft carrier

War will break out under the following circumstances :-
(1) N Korea fire the 1st shot at US military assets
(2) US fire at N Korea
(3) N Korea continue to carry out nuclear test or missile test - up to the point that US and international community lose their patience.
It is not whether a war will break out in N Korea or not.
The issue is when unless N Korea decide to have change of heart and decide to negotiate for a nuclear deal.
Otherwise there is no way out from this crisis - and the only outcome will be a N Korea war - which will most likely to end N Korea with collateral damages to US allies.

If N Korea is not willing to listen to anyone to walk its way out of the crisis - including its closet allies China or even Russia ---- N Korea war is inevitable.
