If the rapist rape another person's mother, then the person will have to call the rapist father and lose his biological father.

If the rapist rape another person's wife, then the person will lose his wife.

Then more rapists will rape because raping is no longer a crime and can anyhow rape anyone with the option to marry the victim if caught.

Then no ladies in the world will go to Malaysia - in case rapists are preying on ladies - and people will lose their mothers, wives and daughters.
