(1) Using local forces (who are familiar with the ground, culture and who will finally rule their land) to do the fight - will boost their morale and provide good intelligence to fight ISIS.
(2) Using surgical strike and backup support for local force.
(3) Using special forces to provide specialist role in the fight - and not using mass force to takeover local force. And not using carpet bombings that cause mass civilian casaulties.
(4) Use surround and take territory inch by inch.
(5) Cut all supplies to ISIS - eg. finance, recruits, food, logistics, water, ammo, weapons etc.
(6) Winning friends to be on coalition fight
(7) Use right Islamic moderate ideologies - over ISIS radical extremists strategies.
(8) Local forces - make up of all stakeholders and take care of the interest of all stakeholders.
