Buddhist meditation - specifically :-
(1) Anapanasati meditation (Samadhi meditation)
(2) Satipattana meditation (Mindfulness meditation) or Vipassana meditation (Insight meditation)
are the meditation that have proven to be a good treatment against quite a number of mental disorders.

When these 3 broad collective physical and mental conditions reach equilibrium - Enlightenment will come.

The Noble Eightfold Path are :-
8 practices: right view, right resolve, right speech, right conduct, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right "samadhi" (meditative absorption or union).
- ricky lWhen Right Concentration reached equilibrium through Anapansati (Concentration) Meditation - Samadhi Jhana (禅定) is attained.
When the Noble Eightfold Path reached equilibrum through Vipassana (Insight) Meditation - Nirvana Fruition (涅槃) is attained.
- ricky lThrough Anapansati (Concentration) Meditation - when Samadhi Jhana (禅定) is attained - it is a Spiritual Divinity State - the State of Heavenly is attained.
2 Types of Heavenly realms are attainable :-
(1) Form Heavenly Realm (色界天)
(2) Formless Heavenly Realm (出色界天)
- ricky lThrough Vipassana (Insight) Meditation - Nirvana Fruition ((涅槃) is attained - it is a Spiritual Divinity State - the State of Nirvana is attained.
The Nirvana State is the dualistic Supramundane Divinity (opposing pole or opposite side of the coin) of Universe State (mundane state) -- that has the following characteristics :-
(1) No Birth
(2) No Death
(3) No Sufferings
(4) Law of Karma cease
(5) Eternal Bliss
(6) Law of Permanence
(7) One Divinity For All, All Divinity For One (Mutually Inclusive) - an analogy best describe this "Leave no one behind. Leave no sand behind".

(1) No-Self (无我,大舍)
(2) Universal Compassion (大慈大悲)
(3) Panna Wisdom (般若智慧)
