South Korea says U.S. reaffirms it will pay THAAD costs; joint drills wrap up

  Trump will have to use more of his brain in handling this nuclear crisis - if not he may mess it up.
  Deploying THAAD is meant to intercept any nuclear missile at its source. If N Korea fire nuclear missiles, THAAD can shoot it down over N Korea territory and nuclear explosion will occur over N Korea.
  This will discourage N Korea from firing its nuclear missiles.
  If Trump did not use his head and asked S Korea to pay, then Trump can his THAAD back.
  And when N Korea fire at Guam, there will be no THAAD to intercept the nuclear missile and Guam will be engulf with nuclear explosion.
  And if the nuclear missile reach US mainland and US use THAAD to intercept at US coast, the nuclear missile will explode over US soil.
  So Trump got to use his brain more before he shoot off his mouth like what he do in cancelling the TPP. TPP will only cost Trump to lose trade and business.
  Nuclear missile will blow his head off if he mishandle the nuclear crisis.
  Trump should consult the professional advice of his commanaders before he use his "transactional approach" in handling the nuclear affair.

  There are 2 ring anti-missile defense system.
  
  One is the Patriot system and the other is the THAAD system.
  
  THAAD should form the outer ring defense - as its radar can look deep into whole of N Korea.
  Thus if N Korea shoot nuclear missiles or chemical or biological missiles, it can be detected immediately at its source and can be shoot down over N Korea territory.
  This will deter N Korea from firing its weapons of mass destruction.
  
  Should a few slip through THAAD defense, Patriot will be used to intercept N Korea missiles and it will be closer to S Korea border even though the missiles will still be over N Korea territory.
  
  This message is for 3 parties :-
  (1) Dumb Trump
  (2) S Korea new President that is against THAAD
  (3) China
  - who oppose the deployment of THAAD.

  THAAD may in fact make N Korea think twice or thrice in firing all its weapons of mass destruction.

  WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump
  
  will speak with leaders of Singapore and Thailand on
  
  Sunday about the threat North Korea poses of massive,
  
  nuclear destruction in Asia, White House Chief of Staff
  
  Reince Priebus said.
  
  
  "We need cooperation at some level with as many partners
  
  in the area as we can get to make sure that we have our
  
  
  ducks in a row," Priebus told ABC's "This Week."
  
  
  Trump spoke to Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte on
  
  Saturday about North Korea and his outreach to regional
  
  
  leaders aims to get "everyone in line backing up a plan
  
  
  of action" if the situation in North Korea deteriorates,
  
  Priebus said.
  
  He added that Trump was in regular contact with Japan's
  
  Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and that the president had
  
  become "very close" to Chinese President Xi Jinping.
  
  
  "There is nothing right now facing this country and facing
  
  the region that is a bigger threat than what is happening in
  
  North Korea," the White House chief of staff said.
  
  Priebus said the planned conversations were prompted
  
  by the "potential for nuclear and massive destruction
  
  in Asia" and eventually in the United States.
