There should be a "carrot and stick" approach （软硬兼施）in pressuring N Korea to come to the negotiation table on denuclearisation.
(1) Persistent tightening economic and financial screw - administer by China and the International Community
(2) Preparing military option ready to deliver the knockout blow if all else fail
N Korea will be too dangerous a regime to wield nuclear weapons - as it will threaten the World including its allies China and Russia - and thus must not be allowed to acquire such weapons of maas destruction.
The time is now to stop N Korea and not wait until it possess real nuclear capabilities - and no one can stop it - not even China or Russia.

If military option is activated where all else fail, it is very certain that :-
(1) China will invade N Korea from the North to create a buffer zone.
(2) Russia will invade N Korea from the North East to take Rason province to create a buffer zone.
(3) S Korea/US will invade N Korea from the South to take up the rest of N Korea.

N Korea have no choice.
(1) It either come to the negotiation table to denuclearise, or
(2) N Korea will be tear apart into 3 pieces.
