Actually, N Korea disposition is similar to "Hell Being" disposition - of binary - "life and death". Hell
beings disposition is similar to binary of 0 and 1 - ie. every minutes -
life and death decision tree will appear to the Hell being. If the Hell being is not repentant, he will choose the "death option" and in that minute, through his option, he will demise. The next minute, he will reborn again (live again) - but fall down the next hell realm. Hell realm is like a funnel. And another death and life scenario will again be presented to the Hell Being in another decision tree. If
the Hell being choose the "Life door" - he will reborn in a better
realm, else he will choose "a death trap door" and demise will come -
and again he will drop into the lower level of Hell realm funnel. Thus Hell Being is living in a “生死门”- "Life-Death Trap Door" - every minute. If
a Hell Being keep choosing the "Death trap door" = he will keep
dropping into the Hell funnel --- until he drop into the "Deepest Hell"
known as the Avici Hell (阿鼻地地狱)- and the Hell Being will dwell in
Eternal Hell - if every minutes of his choice in a decision tree is
"death trap door" - instead of "life trap door". And a choice to end the World - will go to the "Deepest Hell" known as the Avici Hell (阿鼻地地狱). 一念天堂, 一念地狱。 (One wholesome thought, one ascend to Heaven) (One unwholesome thought, one descend to Avici Hell).
Iraqi commander says to complete capture of Mosul in May
Luckily
Trump did not meddle with this fight against ISIS - in which this
winning military strategy have been properly planned and laid out :- (1)
Using local forces (who are familiar with the ground, culture and who
will finally rule their land) to do the fight - will boost their morale
and provide good intelligence to fight ISIS. (2) Using surgical strike and backup support for local force. (3)
Using special forces to provide specialist role in the fight - and not
using mass force to takeover local force. And not using carpet bombings
that cause mass civilian casaulties. (4) Use surround and take territory inch by inch. (5) Cut all supplies to ISIS - eg. finance, recruits, food, logistics, water, ammo, weapons etc. (6) Winning friends to be on coalition fight (7) Use right Islamic moderate ideologies - over ISIS radical extremists strategies. (8) Local forces - make up of all stakeholders and take care of the interest of all stakeholders. The
above is the winning "compassionate surgical strike military strategy" -
to win the fight over ISIS that have been planned for years and carried
out surgically for years. Luckily Trump did not mess it up.
South Korea says U.S. reaffirms it will pay THAAD costs; joint drills wrap up
Trump will have to use more of his brain in handling this nuclear crisis - if not he may mess it up.
Deploying
THAAD is meant to intercept any nuclear missile at its source. If N
Korea fire nuclear missiles, THAAD can shoot it down over N Korea
territory and nuclear explosion will occur over N Korea.
This will discourage N Korea from firing its nuclear missiles.
If Trump did not use his head and asked S Korea to pay, then Trump can his THAAD back.
And
when N Korea fire at Guam, there will be no THAAD to intercept the
nuclear missile and Guam will be engulf with nuclear explosion.
And
if the nuclear missile reach US mainland and US use THAAD to intercept
at US coast, the nuclear missile will explode over US soil.
So Trump
got to use his brain more before he shoot off his mouth like what he do
in cancelling the TPP. TPP will only cost Trump to lose trade and
business.
Nuclear missile will blow his head off if he mishandle the nuclear crisis.
Trump
should consult the professional advice of his commanaders before he use
his "transactional approach" in handling the nuclear affair.

There are 2 ring anti-missile defense system.
One is the Patriot system and the other is the THAAD system.
THAAD should form the outer ring defense - as its radar can look deep into whole of N Korea.
Thus
if N Korea shoot nuclear missiles or chemical or biological missiles,
it can be detected immediately at its source and can be shoot down over N
Korea territory.
This will deter N Korea from firing its weapons of mass destruction.
Should
a few slip through THAAD defense, Patriot will be used to intercept N
Korea missiles and it will be closer to S Korea border even though the
missiles will still be over N Korea territory.
This message is for 3 parties :-
(1) Dumb Trump
(2) S Korea new President that is against THAAD
(3) China
- who oppose the deployment of THAAD.

THAAD may in fact make N Korea think twice or thrice in firing all its weapons of mass destruction.

SEOUL
(Reuters) - South Korea said Washington had reaffirmed it would
shoulder the cost of deploying the THAAD anti-missile system, days after
U.S. President Donald Trump said Seoul should pay for the $1-billion
system designed to defend against nuclear-armed North Korea.
In
a telephone call on Sunday, Trump's national security adviser, H.R.
McMaster, reassured his South Korean counterpart, Kim Kwan-jin, that the
U.S. alliance with South Korea was its top priority in the Asia-Pacific
region, the South's presidential office said.
The
conversation followed another North Korean missile test-launch on
Saturday which Washington and Seoul said was unsuccessful, but which
drew widespread international condemnation.
Trump,
asked about his message to North Korea after the latest missile test,
told reporters: "You'll soon find out", but did not elaborate on what
the U.S. response would be.
Trump's
comments in an interview with Reuters on Thursday that he wanted Seoul
to pay for the THAAD deployment perplexed South Koreans and raised
questions about his commitment to the two countries' alliance.
South Korean officials responded that the cost was for Washington to bear, under the bilateral agreement.
"National
Security Adviser H.R. McMaster explained that the recent statements by
President Trump were made in a general context, in line with the U.S.
public expectations on defence cost burden-sharing with allies," South
Korea's Blue House said in a statement, adding that McMaster requested
the call.
Major
elements of the advanced Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD)
system were moved into the planned site in Seonjgu, in the south of the
country, this week.
South
Korea and the United States say the sole purpose of THAAD is to guard
against North Korean missiles. China says its powerful radar can
penetrate its territory and undermine its security and spoke out against
it again this week.
The
United States is seeking more help from China, the North's major ally,
to rein in Pyongyang's nuclear and missile development. Trump, in the
Reuters interview, praised Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping as a "good
man".
TENSIONS HIGH
The
North has been conducting missile and nuclear weapons related
activities at an unprecedented rate and is believed to have made
progress in developing intermediate-range and submarine-launched
missiles.
Tension
on the Korean peninsula has been high for weeks over fears the North
may conduct a long-range missile test, or its sixth nuclear test, around
the time of the April 15 anniversary of its state founder's birth.
In
excerpts of an interview with CBS News released on Saturday, Trump said
the United States and China would "not be happy" with a nuclear test
but gave no other details.
Trump
discussed the threat posed by North Korea in a telephone call with
Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte, the White House said.
On
Saturday, Duterte had urged the United States to show restraint after
North Korea's latest missile test and to avoid playing into the hands of
leader Kim Jong Un, who "wants to end the world".
Two-month long U.S.-South Korean joint military drills were due to conclude on Sunday, U.S. and South Korean officials said.
The exercise, called Foal Eagle, was repeatedly denounced by North Korea, which saw it as a rehearsal for war.
In
a further show of force, the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier group
arrived in waters near the Korean peninsula and began exercises with the
South Korean navy late on Saturday. The South Korean navy declined to
say when the exercises would be completed.
The
dispatch of the Carl Vinson was a "reckless action of the war maniacs
aimed at an extremely dangerous nuclear war," the Rodong Sinmun, the
official newspaper of North Korea's ruling Workers' Party, said.
Inter-continental
ballistic rockets will fly into the United States "if the U.S. shows
any slight sign of provocation," the paper said in a commentary on
Saturday.
The carrier group has just completed drills with the Japanese navy.
Japanese
Defence Minister Tomomi Inada, in an apparent show of solidarity with
Washington, has ordered the Izumo, Japan's biggest warship, to protect a
U.S. navy ship that might be going to help supply the USS Carl Vinson,
the Asahi newspaper said.

Southeast Asia Warms to China as Asean Rediscovers Unity (1)
“The uncertainty of U.S. policy only undermines the U.S. in the region and Trump’s transactional approach to diplomacy is not going to jive well with Asean,” said Blake Berger,

Portion of Singapore State Courts cordoned off after bullet-shaped object found
There are only 2 possibilities :- (1) Security agencies eg. police, army or private security agencies personnel drop a bullet, or (2) Criminals or terrorists
no other people will have access to bullets.
As bullets are usually accounted for by security agencies (unless very rare circumstances).
Then it will be criminals or terrorists.
Also the type of bullets will tell whether is come from police or army or criminals.
Army carry 5.56mm rounds mainly for assault weapons. If not such rounds, then army can be rule out.
Also why bullets found outside Courts - where people are hand in for justice.
N.Korea seeks Southeast Asian support in row with US
There are only 2 choices for N Korea :-
(1) Held denuclearised talk
(2) Face military action and regime collapse
There are no other choices.
(1) By holding denuclearised talk - China will guarantee your security and safety and no external forces will attack N Korea.
In addition, there will be economic benefits - such as trade, business, investment, travel.
(一念天堂,
(2) Else N Korea will have to face the consequences of military action.
一念地狱。

It is a subtle threat if you read between the lines, that NK's spat with the South and the US has pushed them to decide on retaliation by nuclear weapon. And if push turns to blow, it will become a nuclear holocaust that will take in SEA as collateral damage. So in a nut shell, that guy is threatening ASEAN that if we do not support him in this international row, he and NK will pull us down together.

Don't be taken in by the subtle threat and read between the lines.
N Korea distance to its nearest SE Asia Countries is more than 3,000km away.
N Korea musudan missle is about (2,000 over km away) and most likely will land on China provinces. It will be a collateral damage to China and China will not let N Korea go.
N Korea will have to denuclearised to get peace and prosperity. N Korea has no other choice.

ASEAN’s position on North Korea 'clear and consistent': Sec-Gen Read more at http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/asiapacific/asean-s-position-on-north-korea-clear-and-consistent-sec-gen-8799020
In an interview with Channel NewsAsia, Minh said ASEAN’s stand includes calling for the de-escalation of the standoff, denuclearisation and for the resumption of the six-party talks.
The six-party talks involving North and South Korea, China, the United States, Japan and Russia collapsed in 2008 after a rocket launch by the Pyongyang regime.
North Korea had earlier requested for ASEAN's support in its row with the United States over US-South Korean military exercises on the Korean Peninsula.
In a letter to Minh, North Korea’s Foreign Minister Ri Yong-Ho warned that the situation on the peninsula was on “the brink of war” because of Washington’s actions. Ri also urged Minh to inform member nations’ foreign ministers "about the grave situation".
Minh added the issue will be discussed at the 30th ASEAN Summit on Saturday.
"Leaders will discuss the regional and international issues of concern,” he said. “The issue relating to tensions on the Korean peninsula will certainly be discussed."
N.Korea seeks Southeast Asian support in row with US
North Korea has appealed to Southeast Asian countries for support in its row with the United States to prevent what it warned could be a "nuclear holocaust", according to a letter obtained by AFP.
In the letter to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations' secretary general, North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-Ho warned the situation on the Korean Peninsula was "reaching the brink of war" because of Washington's actions.
He urged the ASEAN chief to inform the 10-nation organisation's foreign ministers "about the grave situation" on the peninsula "and give them a proper proposal", while criticising at length US-South Korean military exercises.
Tensions have soared in the region in recent weeks in the wake of a series of North Korean missile tests and tough rhetoric from Washington on the isolated nation's rogue weapons programme.
The North's letter, a copy of which was obtained by AFP and dated March 23, ahead of the regional bloc's summit this week in Manila, where delegates are expected to discuss the situation on the peninsula.
"I express my expectations that ASEAN which attaches great importance to the regional peace and stability will make an issue of the US-South Korean joint military exercises at ASEAN conferences from the fair position and play an active role in safeguarding the peace and safety of Korean Peninsula," the letter said.
A draft of ASEAN's end-of-summit chairman statement obtained this week by AFP had a portion on the Korean Peninsula still blank, meaning the leaders had yet to agree on what to say on the issue.
North Korea is known to have close ties with some ASEAN members, including Cambodia and Laos.
Pyongyang's diplomatic ties with Malaysia were disrupted after the assassination in Kuala Lumpur in February of Kim Jong-Nam, the estranged half-brother of North Korean lader Kim Jong-Un.
South Korea has blamed Pyongyang for the killing, accusing its agents of using a banned nerve agent.
Ri wrote in the letter that the annual US-South Korea military exercises justified Pyongyang's decision to develop its own nuclear weapons.
"It is a fact clear to everyone that when they deploy the means of nuclear strike that can drive the Korean Peninsula into a nuclear holocaust in just seconds... the nature of such exercises can in no way be defensive," the letter said.
Washington has deployed an aircraft carrier strike group to the Korean peninsula amid signs the North could be preparing for a sixth nuclear test.
Admiral Harry Harris, who heads the US Pacific Command, said in Washington this week the US Carl Vinson strike group was in the Philippine Sea just east of Okinawa, "in striking range and power projection range of North Korea if called upon to do that."
