I believe if N Korea will cross the red line if :-
(1) N Korea start to test ICBM
(2) N Korea do nuclear test.
This will begin to mark the end of N Korea.
Because N Korea will start holding Countries as "hostages".
Eg. Point nuclear missile at :-
(1) US mainland
(2) US Guam
(3) S Korea
(4) Japan
(5) China
(6) Russia
--- demanding all to pay N Korea ransom money monthly.
